Search For Common Ground is implementing the project, funded by the U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) – “Everyone Gains: Promoting Women’s socio economic empowerment in Lebanon”. Within the framework of this project a media campaign to raise awareness on the discrimination against women in NSSF law will be implemented.

A public relations agency will be contracted to conduct a communication campaign that will take place between June and September 2015. The campaign will be run through both mass media and social media and may include TV and radio spots, billboards, videos, etc. Therefore, we are seeking the services of an experienced public relations agency to conduct such a campaign. The Contractor will be responsible for the development of the messaging, format, style and overall planning of the media campaign. The Contractor will work under the direct supervision of SFCG. All activities listed and benchmark in the Terms of Reference, as well as campaign products will be coordinated with, and will need to be endorsed by SFCG.
